MOVING  IN OR OUT       

Operating hours for moving out are:

10.00am to 2.00pm 7 days a week.

Should you be moving in/out you must book the lift with the building manager. Please allow at least 48 hours notice as the lift gets very busy, particularly on the weekends.

There is a $200 booking holding deposit fee for the lift and the lift curtains have to put up and then brought down on completion. The staff will then check the loading dock for any rubbish and your floor level for any damages to walls etc. Should everything be in good order the $200 holding deposit will be given back to you.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT SO WE CAN OBTAIN A COPY OR YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ACCESS.

Note:      Please tell all removalists that the height restriction for the loading dock is only 3.0 metres as they may incur a parking fine out the front of the building.
