Due to an ever increasing volume of home shopping, Victoria Tower does not accept deliveries on behalf of residents as we do not have the capacity to do so. We do recommend you consider a Parcel Locker be set up for such deliveries at your nearest Post Office.

Australia Post

Australia Post will deliver all mail & at times smaller parcel items Monday - Friday excluding public holidays. Any incorrectly addressed, incomplete address or unknown addressee will be returned to sender via the delivering partner, whether that be courier or Australia Post.

As Concierge has Master Key access to all Victoria Tower mail box, smaller parcel deliveries may be placed within via the Concierge access.

Australia Post courier will also attend Monday - Friday for larger parcel deliveries. Contact to addressee will be attempted via the intercom system at the main entry - if unavailable parcel pick up slips may be left within the mail box notifying recipient of post office collection. Australia Post policy prevents delivery to apartment directly.

Courier Delivery

All couriers will attempt to contact addressee via main intercom, it is the repsonsibility of the recipient to collect at that time. Couriers, where their policy allows may opt to leave item at your front door - Concierge cannot accept or sign for any delivery item.

Building Management accepts no responsibility for items left unattended.

Furniture / Whitegood Deliveries

All furniture inclusive whitegood deliveries MUST be received by the resident directly. Delivery will be refused if resident unable to receive these types of deliveries.

Food / Acohol Delivery incl, (though not restricted to) UBER Eats, Food Hampers etc

Concierge / Security does not accept any food or consumable delivery. Recipient may provide access to their level via the main intercom or meet their delivery at main entry or within the lobby.

Building Management accepts no responsibility for any food / consumable item, left unattended.
